  • Payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and digital wallets. We do not store sensitive payment credentials.
  • Upon successful transaction completion, an official electronic receipt and payment confirmation are immediately issued to the parent's registered contact.
  • Monthly renewals must be completed prior to the upcoming renewal date to retain your child's reserved batch time and coach allocation.
05

Student Code of Conduct & Sportsmanship

Chess is an intellectual discipline rooted in respect, integrity, and good sportsmanship. All enrolled students and attending parents agree to maintain high behavioral standards:

  • Students must join classes on time with video enabled, dressed appropriately, and ready to participate.
  • Disruptive language, bullying of batchmates, or disrespect toward coaches will result in immediate warning or enrollment suspension.
  • Zero tolerance for chess engine assistance or unfair play during academy practice games or tournament arenas.
06

Attendance, Student Absences & Makeup Classes

Consistent attendance is vital for meaningful chess progress. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class:

  • The parent must provide advance written notification via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
  • 1-to-1 Personal Coaching: Sessions cancelled with 24 hours advance notice will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient makeup slot (up to 2 makeups per month).
  • Group Classes: Due to cohort scheduling, missed group classes cannot be individually rescheduled, but class study materials, PGN game files, or an alternate batch session will be shared when feasible.
  • Unannounced absences (no-shows) are considered utilized and are strictly ineligible for makeup sessions or fee adjustments.
07

Academy Rescheduling & Coach Substitutions

In the exceptional event that an academy coach cannot conduct a class due to illness, national holidays, or technical failure:

  • The academy will inform parents at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • 64Minds Chess Academy will either provide an equally qualified substitute coach or schedule a full compensatory makeup session at no additional cost.
  • Under no circumstance will students lose instructional hours due to academy-initiated rescheduling.
